Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the best condition.
Shipping time: 10–30 business days.

Order Policy

➊ No urgent orders. Pre-order items take 10–30 business days (excluding holidays).

➋ Please confirm size before ordering. No returns or exchanges except for major defects.

➌ If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued for that item only. No full order cancellations.

➍ Items are ordered upon purchase. Please double-check details before ordering.
Returns are only accepted for major defects or wrong items. Items must be unused with original packaging.

➎ Unclaimed parcels will result in account restriction.
➏ Size variation of 1–3 cm is normal.
Color may vary slightly due to screen settings.
